Louise Shirvington is a licensed real estate agent, specialising in residential and commercial property management.
She commenced her Real Estate career in 2000 after owning her own investment properties since she was 22 years old. Louise was initially drawn to the industry because of the difficulty in finding a property manager who had a genuine passion for real estate investment to manage her own properties.
She secured a position with arguably the largest real estate office in Newcastle and was awarded NSW Property Officer of the year in 2001 before being promoted to Property Manager.
A chance meeting with the owners of Aaron & Burke First National prompted an offer she "couldn' refuse" s the manager of their property management department.
Fast forward four years - Louise is the owner of the company after taking the opportunity to buy the business when the original owners decided to sell in August 2005.
2005 was a big year for Louise as she also managed to have a baby girl on 17th April 2005. Luckily Tess was an extremely good sleeper !
